Privacy Compliance Program Manager

In this role, you will lead and execute privacy compliance programs across various product areas to ensure company-wide consistency and efficiency. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and deliver improvements. You will also be required to advocate for these programs and communicate their status and impact to executive stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in compliance, policy, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Advanced degree in Law, Business, Privacy, Compliance or a related field.
  • Experience in compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience in bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, enabling the ability to analyze fragmented information, identify key attributes, and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with industry-accepted privacy compliance policies and frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including RCI and our partners, and external stakeholders.
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
