• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical billing policies and insurance requirements.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to billing and collections.
• Provide support during system updates or transitions to ensure continuity in billing processes.
• Proven experience in medical billing, coding, and collections.
• Proficiency with MEDENT and Epic EMR systems.
• Strong understanding of medical claims processes and insurance guidelines.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
