We are excited to welcome a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to our dynamic IT Team. In this role, you will work closely with our Full Stack Team Lead on projects that enhance our e-commerce platform and streamline internal operations. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in, or willing to relocate to, select states, including : Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Our team members are expected to travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY, 3 times a year for essential meetings and team building activities. We reimburse travel expenses and welcome you to visit our office whenever you like.

Position Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with time zone flexibility

Salary Range : $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements that align with business goals.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
Create user-friendly, responsive front-end features for our e-commerce platform while supporting robust back-end APIs and services.
Develop and enhance internal tools to improve business operations.
Ensure system reliability and application performance while implementing best practices for scalability.
Design and create reusable UI components and templates.
Work closely with designers to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to UI / UX standards.
Manage and update promotional banners and site-wide templates to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Continuously improve existing codebases through code reviews and modern practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a proven record of delivering high-quality software.

Front-End Skills :

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.

Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React , Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.

Back-End Skills :

Proficiency in Java and back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot .

Strong understanding of database design, RDBMS concepts, and experience with SQL .

Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

Development Lifecycle : Proven ability to contribute across the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Tools & Practices :

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI / CD pipelines.

Experience in agile development methodologies.

Additional Skills :

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to create reusable code libraries and write clean, maintainable code.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

High proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
