Technical Analyst IV

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst IV to act as a liaison between the line of business and IT partners, focusing on end user experience and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in project meetings to generate technical requirements

Use analytical skills to determine issue resolutions in coordination with the Quality Engineering team

Create business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for projects involving supported applications

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 5-7 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of CCaaS systems and technologies, specifically Five9 Studio and VCC

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid Docs

Extensive experience with user story creation using Jira

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment on multiple projects with shifting priorities
