Grid Integration Engineer

A company is looking for a Grid Integration Engineer to lead technical work in analyzing transmission systems and supporting project development.

Key Responsibilities

Perform steady state power flow analysis for various interconnect systems

Provide cost estimates for interconnection facilities and network upgrades

Prepare and manage development of project-specific models for solar and battery facilities

Required Qualifications

BS degree in engineering from an accredited university, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

3-5 years of transmission planning experience as a utility planner or consultant

Experience with multiple ISOs and detailed knowledge of interconnection study practices

Proficiency in power flow software (PSS / E, PowerWorld, TARA, etc.)

Python or other programming experience
