Senior Program Manager, Technical (Leawood)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of our new SDLC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large enterprise and with product management teams. They will be responsible for driving the delivery of software processes across the enterprise.

10+ years of experience in product management, technical analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a tech-focused or telecom company.

Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq), and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Deep technical knowledge and understanding of the SDLC

Experience with software development processes and familiarity with programming languages or databases is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timely delivery and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
