Senior Network Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Network Operations Manager, Specialty Care.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain an internal provider vetting framework in collaboration with Provider Operations and Clinical teams

Collaborate with internal Clinical teams to design and document SOPs, while identifying opportunities for workflow automation

Forecast provider network needs and support the design of scalable systems to align network growth with demand

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in operations, provider or network management, consulting, or healthcare delivery systems

4+ years working in healthcare, preferably in provider network or payor operations

Demonstrated ability to build and optimize processes in complex environments

Strong project management and documentation skills

Analytical mindset with experience working with data for operational efficiency
