Descripción del trabajoIndependently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice Current CPR certification and TB test

Professional Case Management, the leader in home healthcare, is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Colorado to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country!
Our Physical Therapists conduct in-home visits for our clients. The PT visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit.
