• Overview :

TEKsystems is partnering with a client to hire a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a solid foundation in desktop support and hardware maintenance. The technician will provide white-glove support onsite, handle escalations from Tier 1 helpdesk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including the NOC and user administration.

The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90 / hr.
