Our client looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, takes ownership of the A / P process, and is eager to learn and grow with a supportive, fast-paced team.

What You'll Do :

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency

Verify, code, and process invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Assist with monthly expense report processing

Support month-end closing activities and assist with reporting as needed, review aging

Continuously identify opportunities to improve A / P processes and workflows

Support annual audit

Experience They Need :

4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting role

Proven ability to manage high transaction volume with accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Quick learner comfortable with new systems and processes

Positive, friendly team player with a can-do attitude

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience with web-based ERP systems and electronic A / P processing, coding and filing

Pay : $60K-70K, depending on experience
