Role Summary :

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced  Medical Surgical ICU Registered Nurse  to join a respected acute care hospital in  Eureka, CA . This full-time night shift opportunity offers the chance to work in a top-performing facility recognized for excellence in multiple specialties, including heart care, pneumonia, diabetes, and maternity services.

As an RN in the Medical Surgical ICU, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical ICU.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery expectations.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and evidence-based standards of care.
