Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
Build testing frameworks to learn what works for creatives, audiences, and placements
Create data-rich reports to translate campaign results into business impact and manage budgeting and forecasting
Required Qualifications
Over 4 years of paid media experience with a focus on data, analytics, and performance optimization
Proven ability to manage and scale budgets across multiple platforms
Advanced analytical skills, proficient in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel / Sheets
Structured thinker with a strong inclination towards experimentation and iteration
Bilingual (Spanish + English) is a significant plus
