A company is looking for a Remote Commercial Mortgage Broker / Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and close commercial real estate loans across multiple asset classes

Maintain and grow borrower and investor relationships

Partner with CEO and internal teams to manage leads and close transactions

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience; preference for senior brokers with 10+ years

Established borrower and referral network

Proven annual production of $25M+ (required)

Ability to structure and close transactions across a variety of CRE asset types

Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
