Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team and support various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and amend a wide range of contracts with vendors and service providers

Negotiate and develop agreements for partnerships with resellers and service providers

Address data privacy issues and negotiate NDAs and evaluation / trial agreements

Required Qualifications

Experience in SaaS service offerings is required

At least three years of commercial contracts experience, ideally in a law firm

Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction of residence

Ability to distill complex concepts into clear contractual language

Strong drafting and negotiation skills
