Salary : $275,000 - $325,000+

Responsibilities :

• Provide counsel to product teams through the full lifecycle.
• Advise on product design and risk mitigation across financial infrastructure initiatives.
• Evaluate and counsel on complex regulatory matters, including securities regulation, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Draft and negotiate legal agreements supporting venture fund offerings and investor platforms.
• Develop scalable legal operations that align with business growth.
• Partner across compliance, business development and engineering to ensure legal guidance supports technology and business goals.
• Train business units on the regulatory and legal implications of product initiatives.
