Director of Recruiting
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Recruiting to lead and oversee three key departments within our Recruiting division : Internal Recruiting, Direct Hire / Temp to Hire, and Professional Staffing . This leadership role is critical in shaping the direction of our talent acquisition strategy, driving performance across multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement a unified recruiting strategy across all three departments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and team members to meet performance goals.
- Align recruiting operations with broader company objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Department Oversight
- Internal Recruiting : Drive internal talent acquisition to support company growth and internal mobility.
- Direct Hire / Temp to Hire : Oversee placement services that match top talent with client needs, focusing on long-term placements and contract-to-permanent conversions.
- Professional Staffing : Manage professional and executive-level recruitment services across various industries.
- Performance & Optimization
- Analyze KPIs across departments to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Streamline processes and leverage technology to maximize sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand staffing needs and ensure service delivery excellence.
- Represent the Recruiting department in leadership meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in leading multi-functional recruiting teams or divisions.Deep understanding of staffing and recruiting best practices across internal, temp-to-perm, and professional / executive search.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.Experience working in a high-growth or agency / staffing environment is a plus.
