As a Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets , you will :

Description

Join a fast-paced global team supporting Client's Obesity Therapeutic Area. This role drives contracting & invoicing (50%) supports business operations (25%) and provides administrative coordination (25%). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Contract Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Contracting & Invoicing (50%) : Own end-to-end contract processes (CDAs, FFS, POs), ensure timely execution, and serve as SME for policies and training.
• Business Operations (25%) : Support team meetings, onboarding, and internal communications.

Admin Support (25%) : Manage calendars, training tracking, travel / expense backup, and team events.
