Superintendent / Project Manager Utility Demo & Rebuild Project

Project Scope : Utility demolition and rebuild of a commercial building, installation of EV charging stations, and underground distribution infrastructure.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent / Project Manager to lead a complex utility and infrastructure construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of site operations, working closely with the Foreman and project management team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Assist in resource planning, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with Foreman and PMs to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and inventory logs.
• Support training and development of site personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects and teams.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $82000.00 / yr.
