What You'll Do:

Engage warmly with inbound prospects who've already raised their hand (via downloads, inquiries, event attendance, etc.).
Conduct deep discovery calls to uncover core challenges, aspirations, and motivations.
Articulate precisely how Unblinded's frameworks (Influence, Process, Self-Mastery) provide the pathway they seek.
Facilitate enrollment into our programs through authentic, value-driven conversations.
Schedule and manage participation in immersive experiences (webinars, consultations) that showcase our impact.
Collaborate intensely with leadership, constantly refining your approach based on data and feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven success in consultative inbound sales, high-touch client relationship roles, or similar.
Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and nuanced communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Demonstrable passion for personal and professional development.
