Descripción del trabajoCoordinate and dispatch high voltage technicians to various job sites Ensure all dispatched resources meet safety and regulatory compliance Monitor and manage field operations to maintain high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatched activities Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians Additional responsibilities as assigned by management Strong background in high voltage dispatching with at least 3 years of experience In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively Computer proficiency with a familiarity in dispatch software A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus Minimum of 3 years in a dispatch or related role Experience in the home automation or electrical services industry is advantageous Job Type : Full-time Location : Texas Benefits : Salary + comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO
