Overview

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) and the overall opportunity for growth within a strategic communications and digital marketing agency that values client service and media relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PR programs from kickoff through to achieving goals, ensuring exceptional client service
  • Develop and maintain strong media / influencer relationships, particularly within business and broadcast media
  • Create and edit a variety of written materials, including press releases and award submissions
  • Lead media training sessions with clients, developing key messages and follow-up strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or similar roles
  • Proven track record of client management and achieving PR program goals
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in generating a variety of communication materials
  • Experience in managing teams and developing performance goals
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and digital / social media platforms
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with consumer tech media
  • Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR strategies
  • Familiarity with measuring the ROI of communication activities
