Descripción del trabajoCoordinate patient care within an acute care hospital setting as part of a case management team Collaborate with multidisciplinary units including ED, ICU, Peds, and specialty areas Float to different units based on hospital needs, including within the same campus and possibly to nearby facilities Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation standards using EPIC charting system Manage patient discharge planning and ensure appropriate resource utilization Active Washington RN license Minimum of 1 year of relevant hospital case management experience Ability to float between units as needed Strong communication and coordination skills Certification not specified but must hold current license Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center Familiarity with various hospital units such as ED, ICU, Peds, and Specialty Units Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Dedicated Recruiter Dedicated Compliance Member Weekly Pay Referral Bonus Medical Benefits Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Monitoring Credentials Weekly pay Referral bonus Vision benefits Dental benefits Medical benefits
