Job Details

7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (higher education, K-12, or healthcare preferred)

Proven track record managing field operations from pre-construction through closeout

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices

Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools

OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
