Qualifications :

• Familiarity with computer hardware software and networks. Even at a basic level understanding how systems interconnect and operate is crucial
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems logically and systematically.
• Document solutions write reports and maintain clear documentation for technical procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Be able to work well in a team as IT projects often require collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Precision and attention to detail when working with complex systems to avoid errors and identify issue
