About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of complex transportation infrastructure projects , including roadways, bridges, and municipal improvements throughout Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TxDOT design and construction standards , proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, and a track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects including roadways, highways, bridges, drainage, and municipal improvements.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for TxDOT and municipal clients, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and successful project outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, designers, subconsultants, and construction managers.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and financial performance against plan.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with TxDOT, municipal, and federal design standards.
• Review and approve design documents, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and progress reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Manage risk assessments, quality control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.
