Job Description

Full-Time Clinic Provider - Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Aberdeen, South Dakota

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PA or NP for a full-time Clinic Provider position in Aberdeen, SD . This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, outpatient setting.

Position Summary :

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a primary care / clinic setting
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and health maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Active PA or NP license in South Dakota - Required
  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program - Required
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) - Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of provider experience required
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
