Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
Proven experience in advanced manufacturing process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation robotics and additive manufacturing
WE VALUE
Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Expertise in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes
Strong project management skills
Able to read technical drawings and documentation (Electronics & Mechanical)
Knowledge of using Six sigma / quality Tools and APQP (PFMEA Control plan SPC MSA etc.)
Familiarity with Pick and place machines for surface mounted technology
AOI / AXI understanding
Knowledge of conformal coating process
Experience with modern circuit card production equipment
