Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit (SBU) specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions. Focused on program execution, business growth and the highest level of customer satisfaction, the ASDS team provides customers with unmatched capabilities of detection and sensing, command and control, and air-to-air, air-to-surface, and surface-to-air munitions to accomplish air, space and missile defense missions.
ASDS SBU Engineering Team is looking for an Associate Director to perform as Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead for the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Radar Capability (RCap) organization focusing on FMS programs, capabilities development, and radar build configuration delivery for the AN / TPY-2 Radar. The AN / TPY-2 is the world's most advanced mobile radar system. The TPY radar is a multi-functional X-band radar which may be deployed globally in either terminal or forward-based mode. Numerous TPY radar systems are currently deployed around the world and are an integral part of the U.S. Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).
As a member of our elite RCap team, we want you to develop solutions to protect Warfighter's technology advantage. The Deputy UTMD RCap IPT Lead reports to the UTMD RCap IPT lead. They are responsible for the management and coordination of the technical execution, cost, and schedule for their applicable scope, across multiple teams covering Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Integration and Test. This includes task planning to create milestones and schedules, and managing competing priorities across the TPY-2 portfolio. The successful candidate will be expected to build the team's abilities and be able to work with both internal and external customers. They will also be expected to participate in proposal efforts in support of new business and have knowledge of financial status and planning for the team.
This is an onsite role located in Woburn, MA.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
