The Solution Manager - Digital & Transformation Organization is responsible for developing and implementing IT outcomes aligned with a high-impact business agenda and collaborates with internal partners and senior management to define return on investment requirements. The role assists in enabling IT spends and investments , and serves as a representative of relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency in plans between IT and respective entities. The role identifies opportunities for leveraging standardized IT solutions and advocates for best practices. The role also cultivates relationships with tactical leaders and contributes to complex projects while providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

The pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
