Finance Systems Consultant

A company is looking for a Finance Systems Consultant (Contract) to lead the design and implementation of a new accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and implement a scalable accounts receivable platform to replace manual invoicing

Ensure timely invoicing, automated follow-ups, and enable easy payment submission for school partners

Document and configure workflows for long-term internal management of the A / R system

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance systems, accounting operations, or fractional CFO roles

Strong implementation experience with platforms like Stripe, QuickBooks, and HubSpot

Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces or education operations

Ability to deliver strategic systems thinking and tactical execution
