Job Description

Automotive Service Technician (Entry-Level)

Prep & Lube & Certified Service Technicians needed

$45,000 to $110,000 based on experience, skill set, and certifications

Sign-On Bonus : $2,500

Bi-weekly & monthly incentive program

Location : Stamford, CT | Schedule : Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Technician Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders with accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with service advisors for job status updates and repair approvals

Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards and protocols

Participate in ongoing training and stay current with certifications

What We’re Looking For

Minimum high school diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license and insurability required

1+ year(s) of automotive repair experience preferred

Ford or dealership experience is a plus

Team-player mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction

Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
