JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our B2B SaaS marketing efforts, focusing primarily on optimizing the lead funnel through a blend of strategic growth hacking and insightful analytics. The role involves defining the buyer journey for MidMarket customers, innovating multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and deploying targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to foster engagement and increase revenue. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Lead and optimize B2B SaaS lead funnels through data-driven growth hacking strategies.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Define and enhance the buyer journey for MidMarket customers, focusing on optimal touchpoints.
  • Design customer-backed demand generation campaigns informed by MidMarket customer insights and personas.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to optimize utilization of DemandGen technology.

Must have Skills

  • Proven B2B marketing expertise in SaaS / Technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Industry Experience Required :

    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product and / or sales marketing within SaaS / Technology domains.
