The Role

We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers-answering questions, preparing quotes, and processing orders. You'll also collaborate with our production team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same : one day you may be walking a customer through product options, and the next you'll be coordinating with the shop floor to meet a deadline. If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and finds satisfaction in seeing a job done right, you'll fit in well here.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person for product inquiries, order status, and price quotes.
• Listen and respond professionally to questions and concerns, recommending solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assist customers in navigating the Korman Signs website, product catalog, or state specifications / requirements.

Sales & Order Management
