Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) –

Schedule : Mon–Fri, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 40 hrs / week

Department : Adolescent Health Ambulatory Care

Experience : Minimum 2 years in ambulatory care

Job Summary :

Provide supportive and restorative nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician. Perform tasks including medication administration, IV therapy, patient prep for procedures, specimen collection, and assist with emergency procedures. Support patient / family teaching and contribute to care planning.
