Job Overview :

We are seeking a driven, solutions-oriented Account Executive to fuel revenue growth within Onward Accessibility, our dedicated division focused on helping organizations build accessible digital experiences and inclusive teams. This role is ideal for a true hunter, a proactive, consultative sales professional who thrives on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Youll partner with organizations to deliver end-to-end digital accessibility solutions, including compliance audits, remediation services, consulting, and specialized talent placement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accessibility solutions, such as digital accessibility compliance, assistive technologies, and inclusive design, combined with a proven track record of selling solutions to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive New Business : Proactively identify, target, and close new client opportunities within the digital accessibility and compliance space.
  • Hunt for Growth : Develop and execute a robust outbound sales strategyleveraging cold outreach, networking, and eventsto build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Solutions Selling : Understand client challenges and propose comprehensive accessibility solutions, including services, technology, and specialized staffing.
  • Partner with Clients : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their accessibility needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate : Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions, and lead the preparation and negotiation of contracts and service agreements.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep current with the latest trends and regulations in the accessibility space, including ADA, WCAG, and other related compliance standards. Provide training and resources to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure they understand the importance of accessibility and can evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Achieve Results : Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating measurable growth and impact within the Onward Accessibility division.
  • Represent the Brand : Engage with the digital accessibility community through participation in conferences, meetups, and online forums. Build relationships with accessibility advocates, organizations, and influencers to expand our network and reach.
  • Promote Onward Accessibility : Serve as a brand ambassador for Onward Accessibilityliving our core values, both internally and externally, while promoting our accessibility expertise, solutions, and inclusive mission to clients and the broader market.

Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in solution-based sales, specifically selling digital accessibility solutions.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with experience generating and converting new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with the ability to manage all aspects of a project from start to completion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of the staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies, inclusive design, and digital accessibility tools.
  • Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or similar certification.
  • Experience working with legal teams or consultants on accessibility-related compliance and litigation.
  • Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience). This position is commission & bonus eligible. Comprehensive benefits and PTO package to include 401K also included.
