Manager of Enrollment Operations

A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment Operations (Facets Required).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Enrollment team to ensure departmental goals and standards are met

Oversee financial and member enrollment reconciliation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage daily operations, staff development, and process improvements within the enrollment function

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may be accepted

Three (3) years of leadership / management experience required

Three (3) years of enrollment / reconciliation / call center experience required

Strong understanding of health plan enrollment processes and regulatory compliance

Expert proficiency in Facets subscriber and member setup preferred
