Descripción del trabajoSpine conditions (acute injuries, chronic back / neck pain) Sports medicine injuries Upper extremity injuries (hand, wrist, elbow) Lower extremity injuries (foot, ankle, knee, hip) Fractures, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, and general orthopaedic conditions Provide pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and conservative treatment plans Flagstaff physicians regularly visit the Kingman office to evaluate and work up patients requiring advanced care beyond what the NP / PA team can manage in the clinic Enjoy a small-town lifestyle with a close-knit, supportive team and community Competitive salary ($115k–$175k based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributions Paid time off : 120 hours + 8 paid holidays 40 hours continuing education PTO + $2,500 annual allowance 401(k) + pension plan Liability insurance, licensing fees, and dues covered Life insurance and short-term disability NP or PA licensed in Arizona (orthopaedic experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate) Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills Commitment to living and working in Kingman long-term Knowledge of orthopaedic injuries, treatments, and Arizona healthcare regulations

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our Kingman office. We’re looking for clinicians who already call Kingman home—or are ready to make it their long-term community —to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care in a small-town setting.
