Descripción del trabajoMedication administration following all applicable policies and rules Timely and accurate documentation Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises / monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit. Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident's condition, incidents, and problem resolution Flexible scheduling Agency free environment IDEAL staff to resident ratios

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia at Bethlen.
Currently Seeking :
Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (2) 16 hour shifts (6 : 00AM-10 : 30PM) every weekend.
Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
