Secaucus, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day (AP) and (AR)
• Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations
• Post and record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger
• Prepare and review sales reports and related financial summaries
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and support compliance tasks
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc accounting and finance projects
• Assist in streamlining and improving accounting systems and processes
