A dedicated personal injury firm that provides top-quality legal services to their diverse community is seeking a friendly, professional Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients and help guide them through their initial legal consultation.
The Bilingual Intake Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, assess client needs, gather essential information, and schedule consultations for our legal team. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather case details and determine eligibility
- Explain legal processes and services clearly to prospective clients
- Collect and verify client information and document relevant details
