  • Insurance credentialing and billing
  • EHR system and documentation tools
  • Risk management and clinical consultation
  • General administrative infrastructure

    • Who We're Looking For

  • Independently licensed (or license-eligible) in Michigan
  • 5+ years of post-licensure experience preferred
  • Experience in EMDR couples therapy , or exposure therapy is a strong plus
  • Clinicians who are flexible, grounded, and committed to long-term client work
  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time management skills

    • Compensation & Structure

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Fully Remote (with optional access to physical offices in St. Joseph, MI and Chicago, IL)
  • $70K–$80K / year for standard caseloads
  • Up to $120K / year for high-volume clinicians (30+ billable hours / week)
