Job Description : Finance Analyst

Location : Seattle, WA

Department : Finance

Reports To : Chief of Staff

Salary Range : $72,000-$90,000 / YR.

This is an on-site position in Seattle, Washington. If you are not in the greater Seattle area, you will not be considered for the position. There is no relocation assistant and this is an immediate need, no time for a person to relocate on their own expense. Thank you!

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Analyst to join a dynamic Finance team. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization's financial strategy by delivering high-impact analyses, forecasts, and insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial modeling, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting senior leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software platforms
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
