Overview

Eli Lilly’s onsite adult primary care clinic provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for employees, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, chronic disease management, acute care, basic gynecologic care, and longitudinal health planning.

We are seeking a mission-driven, clinically focused Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our innovative direct primary care model. The physician will deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care and develop sustained patient relationships without productivity or volume-based targets. This role is ideal for physicians who value unhurried visits, shared decision-making, and the opportunity to provide personalized, whole-person care in a collaborative worksite clinic setting.

Hours :

• Full-time (40 hours / week) with a schedule designed to meet clinic and employee needs
• Flexibility for early morning or late-day coverage may be required
• Shared telephonic on-call coverage for evenings and weekends to support continuity of care

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$171,000 - $250,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
