DutiesGrading course work (assignments, projects, lab) Conducting tutorials Facilitating one lab and two tests Minimum Qualifications Must have successfully completed MIE540 : Product Design or an equivalent course with a minimum grade of A-. Demonstrated understanding of the course objectives, including : Application of product design tools to mechanical systems. Use of business tools such as risk analysis, project management, and financial modeling. Translation of Voice of Customer requirements into control factors and specifications. Teamwork, leadership, and effective communication in engineering contexts. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm for mentoring peers in product design methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Relevant CriterionThe need to acquire experience is the more relevant criterion than previous experience in respect of this posted position.
