We are looking for passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) at various experience levels (I, II, III). Candidates will be placed at the level that matches their qualifications and experience. Each level involves vital patient care responsibilities under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with expanding duties at higher tiers.

Primary Responsibilities :

LVN I :

  • Provide essential nursing care in a specific clinical area under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator.
  • Utilize clinical nursing knowledge and skills to ensure patient safety and comfort according to established standards.
  • Assess patient needs and prioritize care to deliver optimal nursing services.

LVN II :

  • All responsibilities of an LVN I.
  • LVN III :

  • All responsibilities of an LVN I and II.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
  • Valid Texas LVN license.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of 6 months in a clinical setting or successful completion of a Kelsey-Seybold LVN Residency program.
  • Ability to operate medical equipment relevant to the assigned patient population. Basic computer skills are essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • For LVN II : A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
  • For LVN III : A minimum of 9 years of clinical experience.
  • Compensation for this position is competitive and is influenced by factors like local market conditions, educational background, work experience, and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including equity stock purchase options and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility criteria. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 for full-time employees.
