Pay : $20-21 / hr, depending on experience

Location : Hartford, CT

Type : Full-time, on-site

Required Skills :

Associate degree or higher preferred.

2+ years of accounts payable experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook).

SAP skills are a plus

Responsibilities :

Process vendor invoices, check requests, and employee expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.

Conduct high-volume data entry tasks efficiently.

Collaborate with external vendors and company managers

Research monthly vendor statements, maintain regular contact with vendors, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Perform account reconciliations

Verify invoice compliance with company policies and procedures.
