We are actively seeking dedicated candidates for the role of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at various levels (I, II, III). Your qualifications and experience will determine the appropriate placement level. All levels play a vital role in patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities as you progress.

Primary Responsibilities :

LVN I :

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a designated clinical area, under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator.
  • Utilize clinical nursing knowledge and demonstrated skills to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and their families, adhering to legal, organizational, and professional standards.
  • Assess patient needs to prioritize care effectively for multiple patients.

LVN II :

  • Include all responsibilities of LVN I.
  • LVN III :

  • Include all responsibilities of LVN I / II.

    Required Qualifications (All Levels) :

  • Graduate from an accredited vocational nursing program.
  • 6+ months in a clinical setting or successful completion of a KSC LVN Residency program.
  • Current and valid Texas LVN license.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to operate medical equipment and supplies for the assigned patient population.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    For LVN II :

  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical area.
  • For LVN III :

  • 9+ years of experience in a clinical area.
