• Required Skills : Hospital clinical , ABO / Rh / Antibody Screen & ID, AHG Crossmatch, Antibody Typing : Tube Method, Antigen Typing, Blood banking procedures, Cold Agglutinins, Cord Blood Evaluation, Crossmatch-Immediate Spin / IgG, Direct Coombs (DAT), Electronic Crossmatch, Indirect Coombs Test, Patient identification process, Rhogam Screening, Thawing / Cooling of Blood Products, Transfusion Reaction Workup, Automated Instrument Use, CBC Manual, Manual Differential, Fetal hemoglobin, Platelet aggregation, Platelet Count, Specimen Receipt, Reporting test results, Manual macroscopic UA, Microscopic UA, Blood specimen storage, Proper disposal, Proper labeling
