Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Med Surg
  • Discipline : RN
  • Start Date : 12 / 14 / 2025
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience is required.

Note on submission : The submission details state 18 months experience required

  • First-Timers Accepted : Yes (referring to first-time travelers).
  • Local Accepted : Yes, there is no radius restriction.
  • License : MUST have an active Illinois (IL) license in hand at submission.
  • Certifications Required :

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA and Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Preferred
  • Specific Skills Required : Starting and maintaining IVs is required.
  • Preferred Experience :

    • Cerner charting system experience

  • Teaching hospital experience
  • Community hospital experience
  • Vaccine Requirements :

    • COVID-19 Vaccine : Not Required

  • Flu Vaccine : Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)
