About Us

We’re a small, patient-focused  outpatient physical therapy clinic  in Palm Beach Gardens providing personalized, one-on-one care. We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated  Physical Therapist (PT)  or  Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)  to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and wants to make a lasting impact on patients’ recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist (PT) :

Evaluate patients and create individualized rehabilitation treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for discharge planning and continuity of care

Maintain detailed and timely documentation in EMR

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) :

Implement physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision

Provide direct patient care, therapeutic exercises, and modalities

Track and report patient progress to the supervising therapist

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic standards

Qualifications

Physical Therapist (PT) :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-accredited preferred)

Current Florida PT license and active CPR / AED certification

Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred

EMR documentation experience strongly preferred

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) :

Current Florida PTA license and CPR certification

Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting preferred

Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation

Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and rehabilitation techniques

Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable

Ability to adapt treatments for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients

Committed to providing safe, empathetic, and evidence-based care
